New: A simpler way to stay in touch

We’re happy to share a new feature on the site: Private Messages.

This is a brand-new way to keep in touch with friends and other members in a calm, personal space. Whether you want to ask a quick question, send encouragement, or simply stay connected, chatting is now easier.

How it works

• You can open your messages and start a new conversation directly from your account.

• You can read, reply, and continue conversations in one place.

• Everything is designed to feel simple and easy to use, on both computer and mobile.

You are always in control

We know that preferences can change over time, especially in family life.

That’s why you can choose in your profile settings if you want private messages to be on or off:

• If private messages are on, chat works as normal.

• If private messages are off, message writing is paused and the interface clearly shows that this feature is turned off in your settings.

• You can turn it back on whenever you want.

Our goal is to make it easier to stay close to the people who matter, while still giving you full control over your own space.
